    Shipping is included in the price of all products unless otherwise stated.

• No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout for standard Australian delivery.
• Any exceptions (such as large bulk orders or special freight requirements) will be clearly communicated prior to order confirmation.

  1. Processing & Production Times
    All Ecoprint products are custom printed to order.

• Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, and finishing options selected.
• Production time begins once payment has been received and artwork has been approved.
• Production timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  1. Delivery Timeframes
    Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence after dispatch.

• Standard Australian delivery typically takes 2–7 business days following production.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, peak periods, or courier delays.

  1. Dispatch & Tracking
    • Orders are processed and dispatched using Ecoprint’s standard delivery service, with delivery typically occurring within 2–7 business days following production.
    • Tracking details are available upon request.
    • Orders are shipped using third-party courier or postal services.

  2. Delivery Responsibility
    • Risk passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
    • Ecoprint is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
    • We will assist with reasonable enquiries if a delivery issue occurs.

  3. Authority to Leave
    If authority to leave is provided, Ecoprint is not responsible for loss or damage once the courier confirms delivery.

  4. Incorrect Address Details
    Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may incur re-delivery costs.
• Ecoprint is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items
    If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or reprint in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

  1. International Shipping
    International shipping may be available by request.

• Shipping costs for international orders are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
• Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees applied by the destination country.
